What is the return policy ?
As long as it has not been worn, you can ask for the exchange or refund of any piece of garment that may not suit you within 7 days after order reception (except for sales products). Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
What is the procedure to have an item exchanged or returned ?
Any product return or exchange has to be submitted to our approval beforehand so please contact our after-sales service by email at the following address : contact@prand.fr
