Which shipping and delivery services do you use ?

All parcels are shipped to France and European countries with a tracking number via "La Poste Collisimo". International orders are shipped via tracked "Colissimo Expert International".

How long will it take before I get my order ? 

As soon as you get an email confirming that the parcel has been shipped, delivery will take within 2 to 3 business days for France, and 7 business days for all other destinations. 

These figures are estimated (source : Coliposte) and do not take into account any delay caused by customs procedures for parcels outside of the EU.

How much is shipping ? 

Postal charges are automatically calculated as you order, according to your personal information and the order weight. Postal charges will appear right before you get to the payment. For more information, please read our general sales conditions..
