 What mainly characterizes prand is its ethics: the brand proudly claims its commitment into a more human business.

 

Indeed, the 2006 spring/summer collection relies on a creation process in every step of which a commercial partnership is called on, based on dialogue, transparency and respect, and whose goal is to provide producers with better commercial conditions as well as to guarantee workers’ rights. Therefore, the american subcontractor that prand does business with is very actively involved in the struggle for equity as well as for environmental respect inside its company.

 

But more important of all, prand is seeking to work mostly with french companies: all of the silkscreen printing and finishing touches are made in france.

 

So, unlike 99.9% of the worldwide textile production, prand has now decided not to use cheap, third world countries labour force.
